At NBSRO, we leverage technology to provide efficient and accessible solutions for resolving disputes. Our Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) services offer a convenient, secure, and effective platform for addressing and resolving conflicts digitally, in partnership with Equa.Law.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a digital approach to resolving disputes using online platforms. It allows parties to resolve their conflicts without the need for in-person meetings, making the process more accessible and efficient. ODR can include mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution methods conducted via online tools.
Convenience: Resolve disputes from the comfort of your home or office.
Speed: Faster resolution compared to traditional methods.
Accessibility: Easily accessible for parties regardless of their location.
Cost-Effective: Reduced costs associated with travel and in-person meetings.
Flexibility: Flexible scheduling to accommodate all parties involved.
Confidentiality: Secure and confidential handling of all proceedings
Parties initiate the ODR process by submitting a request through our website. The request should include details of the dispute and relevant documentation. Submissions can be made via email.
Depending on the nature of the dispute and the preferences of the parties, NBSRO will determine the most suitable resolution method (mediation, arbitration, or other ADR methods) and appoint an appropriate facilitator in collaboration with Equa.Law.
Parties will receive access to a secure online platform where they can upload documents, communicate with the facilitator, and participate in virtual hearings or meetings. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly and ensure data privacy.
The facilitator will conduct sessions online, allowing parties to present their cases, submit evidence, and negotiate a resolution. These sessions can be conducted via video conferencing, chat, or other digital communication tools as appropriate.
If an agreement is reached, the facilitator will assist in drafting a digital settlement agreement, which is then electronically signed by both parties. The agreement is binding and enforceable. If no resolution is reached, parties may proceed with other dispute resolution options as necessary.
To ensure the highest standards of ODR services, NBSRO partners with Equa.Law, a leading provider of digital dispute resolution services. Equa.Law brings expertise in facilitating online mediation and arbitration, ensuring that disputes are resolved effectively and efficiently.
To initiate the ODR process, please follow these steps:
Submit Your Request: Send your ODR request to NBSRO.
Provide Documentation: Include all relevant documents and details related to the dispute.
Access the Platform: Receive access to our secure online platform and participate in the resolution sessions.
Engage in the Process: Present your case, negotiate in good faith, and work towards a resolution.
