Mediation Services
NBSRO is dedicated to offering effective and amicable solutions for resolving disputes. Our mediation services, in partnership with Equa.Law, provide a structured and collaborative process to help parties reach mutually agreeable resolutions.
"Mediation is a voluntary process where a neutral third party, known as a mediator, assists disputing parties in reaching a settlement. Unlike arbitration, the mediator does not make a binding decision but helps facilitate dialogue and negotiation to find a mutually satisfactory resolution."
Mediation can be initiated if both parties agree to participate. It is often preferred for its collaborative approach and potential to preserve relationships.
Parties seeking mediation can submit a request to NBSRO, outlining the nature of the dispute and providing relevant documentation. This can be done via email.
NBSRO, in collaboration with Equa.Law, will appoint a qualified and neutral mediator to facilitate the process. Both parties will have the opportunity to review and agree on the mediator selected.
The mediator will conduct sessions, either in person or virtually, where both parties can express their views, discuss their issues, and work towards a resolution. The mediator guides the process, ensuring productive communication and fair negotiation.
If the parties reach an agreement, the mediator will help draft a settlement agreement, which is then signed by both parties. This agreement is binding and enforceable.
